    Homemade cheese ravioli with tomato sauce or alfredo (white cream sauce)

  • Gnocchi alla Bolognesse
    Potato dumplings prepared with meat sauce and lite marinara and cream sauce

    Homemade lasagna with meat, tomato and béchamel sauce

    Fresh breaded eggplant topped with tomato sauce and mozzarella cheese

    Grilled salmon with pesto sauce.

    Egg dipped filet of sole sautéed in a lemon-wine sauce served over spinach.

Among the salad selections is the House salad "Insalata Carlito" made with fresh romaine and mesclun with tomato, prosciutto and fresh mozzarella.

    Fresh mozzarella with sliced tomatoes topped with fresh basil and extra virgin olive oil

  • Insalata alla Carlitos
    Fresh romaine and mesclum topped with olives, tomatoes, prosciutto di parma and fresh mozzarella

  • Insalata alla Bisteca
    Baby greens, carrots, onion and tomatoes salad topped with grilled slices of New York strip steak (5 oz) and balsamic vinaigrette dressing

  • Insalata al Formagio
    Goat cheese with mesclum, carrots and balsamic vinaigrette dressing

     Desserts include American and Italian Tortufo, ice cream balls coated in chocolate, with nuts and cherries at the center.

    This is pizza for grownups. Carlito's brick oven pizza is created with four sauces.

  • The Old World sauce with squeezed plum tomatoes with fresh basil and a little sugar for a chunkier tomato sauce.

  • White pesto sauce.

    Pizza Campagnolo features asparagus, mushroom, bacon and tomatoes. Pizza Boscaiola has asparagus, tomatoes and walnuts. Each comes with the customer's choice of sauce.
